When love burns red and the shadows grow dark. That is the time when the burning passion of my soul is clearest... When the rage glows hot and the mind is filled with hate my soul is most focused... When the heart is in balance with anger... that is when I know my heart is near.
its interesting that most girls choose some kind of "sexy" character! a more "normal" one is not enough?? "sexy" sells better??? well... dont complain if boys look at you and will see just the "sex object"... yeah... i know "this is art"... sure... nice photo... but would be the same with a "normal" costume! are you hiding behind this "role"???
You are implying that people here see her as a, "Sex Object" yet you post this message on a website that is meant for all kinds of artist. Artist that may or may not have worked with nude models for the purpose of studying the human body and not have mindset of perverseness as you do. As an artist myself, I certainly don't see her as that, and I'm pretty sure others won't as well.
This certainly shows that you are a close-minded individual that believes to have the right definition of Art, and can decide what is art and what isn't. You are certainly older than most of us(In your 40s), I would respect you as an elder, but coming out here and insulting people earns you none. Anyone can easily tell you that taking pictures with your Iphone4(As you wrote in your pictures) with different effects, isn't Art and you should probably just give up on your poor attempts to be an artist.
thanks for your long answer and the time you took to search for that special picture with my message! closed minded?? aha... thats ok for me... better a bit more moral than to be too much open... nudity and more! do you really think that nudity means someone is an artist?? sooo many people doing this... so its nothing special... so more nudity does not mean more quality! and beside that buddy... i am just talking photos... never said "i am an artist"... but i think art is more than just naked girls! well... whatever... you seem to be very welcome to all this "very open art"... thats fine! do more of that... more naked girls, more nude stuff... so you are just more of an artist! so far so good... have a nice one dude! but wait... the way you define nudity as art... maybe iphone effect photos are art too,,, right?? hm... no... that woud be too much... comparing this great nude stuff with just iphone photos... nah! well... whatever... the internet is the last place for freedom of speech and free opinion! so i thank you for your answer... bye!
(jeesus... these nude lovers are so so funny... these latex and fetish people are more funny)
Look at this , The Nazi keeps coming back like if his opinion is worth anything and desperately trying to find validation thats so cute. (funny how you say your not an artist to this guy and that "your just taking photos", but when you were arguing with me you were emphasizing how you're a "Professional Photographer", is that actual humility?! did you finally get that 10 foot pole thats up your ass removed?! )
Just crawl back into your cave old man, your not gonna change anyone's mind here,
and you know....for someone who hates what they view as "nudity" and who did said bye a while back.....you seem to be sticking around this girls page, you hate this concept of art, you view this type of pictures as "nudity", you hate this girl's work, why are you still here then? you truly are a miserable pile of shit..
Well I took a night long rest, and thought about your topic before coming here and lashing out at you.
In an most honest answer, you can't draw what you haven't studied, hence the practice of using nude models as a way for artist to study anatomy and rhythm. The nude pictures themselves helps artist who don't have enough money to attend regular figure drawing sessions. Now whether the nude photos themselves are artistic themselves is up to preference. I certainly don't consider art(In my preferences) a red painting with 3 slashes being sold for over 5 Million dollars, or perhaps a painting with just a black dot. People have different tastes in art, and have different opinions whether something is art. From experience, I used to draw a lot of portraits and sometimes I would get comments such as, "Why waste drawing a face exactly the way it looks, when you can just take a photo...This isn't art, just copying." or "You're not drawing things from your imagination, thus....you suck!".
When I look at photographs or paintings, and some critics say complicated stuff like, "The impression of the brush strokes show a lot of energy, the negative space gives off a depressing story, that dot right there seems really thought out, the color you chose makes me hear a melody, overall this is a great thought out masterpiece(...it's just a black dot in a white canvas)." I'll be like, "...what the hell are you talking about!?! Are we looking at the same thing?!". In fact sometimes I get comments like that when people look at my work, they would be like:
Critic: You attempted to show the loneliness of the pencil stroke by having it in contrast. Me: Well that wasn'-..... Critic: You also attempted to show hard attitude by making the shading look sharp. Me: I didn-...... Critic: Good Job! Me: Eh-...Em...Okay....(What is this guy talking about?)
I guess at the end of the day, everyone has their own preferences and look at things differently.
Anyways, people make a big deal out of the term, "Nude". Society believes pink should be a girl's color, thus little girls get their pink colored toys. Some societies believe looking at someones eyes is disrespectful, thus the rest of the society sets it as wrong. In a logical way, nudity is just nature, but societies look down on it and make people believe it's wrong. It is up to you whether you want to follow what society believes to be right and wrong.
